About me

I lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose. My approach centers on empowering my team with the resources and support they need to thrive, while actively clearing blockers — whether that means collaborating cross-functionally with developers or navigating client needs. With a background in psychology and people management, I bring a people-first lens to problem-solving. I take time to deeply understand problems before jumping to solutions, always tailoring my leadership style — sometimes stepping in as a coach, sometimes as a manager — depending on what the moment calls for.

Prior to becoming a Lead and Manager, I held positions as a UX Architect and UX Researcher.

Outside of work, you can catch me with my dog, Finn, or painting/crafting while watching Downton Abbey on repeat :)
